hmmm. didn't cheat i hope.

let's see, another one:

A robot is used to put toys together. In the factory during testing, it managed to put together 100 toys in a minute, but when it was put on public display, and the toys parts where in their box's, the robot didn't manage to put one toy together. Why?

-scales != armour
-scales aren't so much worn as they are a part of the fish
-not all fish have scales ( http://www.amonline.net.au/fishes/stude ... ochleo.htm )
-go get an uncleaned fish and stick a sharp knife into it's side -> a chink!
-water carries sound, fish move -> sound made by fish
-fishes' mouthes aren't "always" moving
