Alright, then lets do another release candidate. A PR with a fix for #3172 has already been provided (#3177). As far as I understand, that should fix the issue with Boost 1.58 and compatibility with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, correct?
Assuming so, I'm going to schedule RC3 for Friday September 25th 2020, 1pm UTC. That should give enough time to review and merge #3177.
Deadline for declaring the 0.4.10.1 release will be Sunday, October 4th 2020, 1pm UTC (sorry, I know RC3 probably won't need that much time for testing, but I won't be able to get around to it sooner).
