Nice work! Just a minor thing, the peace symbols in the flags, could you transform them into something more "alien"? Something that retains the basic form of the symbol, because it is great that we human players can associate derthrean to peace and hippy-like thought with the image, but that does not look like they learnt their ways in 1960's California

Idea: make the symbol within the circle look like the paw (dunno the right English word) of a bird or something like that.

Hmm... Good association, at the first look. But... No, not good. We don't know is there birds exist at the Derthrean homeworld, and bird claws will looks too predatory, not peaceful.
I think most good will just some edited usual "peace" sign. ^^ Maybe it will mean nothing but strange symbol, but... normal peace sign looks like a random lines too.
