A part that can refuel other ship.
Optional 1 : stores 1 or more fuel.
Optional 2 : regenerate some fuel every turn.
Maybe allow optional 1 and optional 2 after unlocked some tech.
Refuel other ship using its own fuel.

We have discussed this several times before (search "tankers") and rejected it as micromanagement.
