Influence Production

As influence is coming to the game I thought I would suggest some things to add to the game and allow for influence production.

Technologies
  • Tachyon Ansibles: provides a flat bonus to influence
  • Tachyonic Communications Networks: provides a larger flat bonus to influence, requires Tachyon Ansibles
  • Psychohistory: provides a pop-based bonus to influence focus
Buildings
  • Communications Array: provides a pop-based bonus to influence
  • Imperial Coordination Intelligence: provides a flat bonus to influence
  • Collective Thought Network: already exists, I think should also boost influence
Specials
  • Religious Relics: provides a bonus to influence and a malus to research
  • Diverse Ecosphere: provides a bonus to influence and a malus to production
  • Dimensional Anomaly: provides a bonus to influence and a malus to population
