Reorganized Species 'Pedia Entries

The 'Pedia currently lists a species flavor Description and Personality (which players are unlikely to feel a need to read often) before listing a significant portion of the functional info, particularly shipbuilding and colonizing capability, environmental preferences, and current planet occupancy. Having to scroll, or to enlarge the panels to nearly the full height of the screen, in order to see functional info, is rather a nuisance. Yes, most of that lower functional info is unvarying and can be memorized, but I for one am far more comfortable with the adequacy of my memory of the flavor descriptions than I am of my memory of the functional info.

I would like to propose that Description and Personality be the final portion of the species 'Pedia entries.

I think this is a good idea and i'm pretty sure something like this has been proposed already some time ago.

This is how i would order the entries:
1. Short description (as it is now).
2. Tags (Metabolism, Telepathy, ...)
3. Boni (Average Industry, ...)
4. Can produce ships /colonize
5. Environmental preferences
6. Long description
7. Home planet and occupied planets

I have some free time next week and volunteer to make a patch if you are ok with it.

It's missing in the pedia that Acimera give +1 bonus to shields.

Maybe this could be put so more then one thing is on a line instead of needing an entire (mostly wasted) line for each bit of information? Still with grouping at the top instead of lower done.
