It's hard to describe to a organic being because it is something completely different. We are born as unit but feel connected to some other of us in a special way. Challenge is to find that one in the great bunch of us...

Is it just me or other folks can't design a new ship with this 2023-11-24 build? I don't see any slots, and even though parts seem to be added to the design, I can't save the design? Reverted to 2023-11-14 build and designing works fine

Slots are there but shown very awkwardly, and only if you move the panel (see images below).
I was able to save them, at least in single player (with the same snap).

Hmm allright I could have tried to save some phantom design or something, would need to carefully double check the save part . Will need to update again

Among other things, what counts for opinion are adopted policies, similarly how they count for stability. So if a species doesn't like some policy you have, they gonna dislike you for that

Well, thanks for the explanation, but -4 is a huge thing for possibly one policy (there aren't much policies george dislike, so it can't be more than one or two). Well but maybe there are 20 GGG as well...

It's just a bit strange that I don't meet wobbly but my people know his empire is bad...

Anyway I'm pretty sure its -2 from Moderation and another -2 from Bureaucracy

In practice, it affects IP cost for annexation. So George disliking Wobbly's empire means he must pay dear to annex a George planets (good for you).
Dunno if there are other effects.

Well it's not that important than. I somehow remember that it's intentional to make it influence stability as well. But that seems to be still intentional.
