i am a french developper, i may help to program freeorion, all my code will be in Gplv3.

i will look task to do.

You seem to have found the programming work page, so pick whichever task looks good, and good luck. If you need any help understanding the code, you can ask for help here, or pm a programmer directly.

Note that we need code released under the GPL 2.0. You can co-release under "or later" GPLs if you wish (and I encourage doing so), but all the existing code is under 2.0.
