WTF?!?!
On turn 91, all Oberlus's plasma cannons were showing at 15 damage (he's Eaxaw, so that's level 1 cannons).
This turn, 92, one turn later, they're all showing as 21 (that's level 3).
How is that possible??? How did he skip level 2???

Were they constantly in supply? Your weapons don't update to your current tech level unless you are in supply.

Are you sure? I've been delaying plasma 3 for a long time, and my 3-plasma ships were 54 total dama (3x18, level 2 for Eaxaw). I mean, games was showing 18 to me, not 15.

Yes, I'm certain - I've been checking your fleets every turn for obvious reasons, every ship at every planet (and yes they're all in supply) - your 3-plasma ships were showing 45 on my client and your carriers showing 15 until last turn, now suddenly they're showing 63 and 21.
I had a similar weapon damage display bug in the last game, but that was less serious (lasers showing as 10 instead of 11). This is really quite dramatic!

Excellent, thank you. Please could you email me the save for turn 77 so I can send it to the devteam to investigate the mines sitrep bug?
I'll come back on the other bug, it affects a number of turns. Oberlus - what turn did you research Plasma 2?

After game finishes. Otherwise you could be seen areas of the galaxy you've not seen yet.
Not that it really matter at this point of game, but it's good practice.
I told you four posts ago, turn 88. But you should be able to see it with the save file (I think you can take control of any empire or be observer).
