But this is not about requirements. I like to play this game, way more against people, and if we all can play faster I'll be happy. If we cannot, I won't be unhappy, it's just a game (and for what really matters these days, playtesting, we are doing great). So please, don't think I expect you to connect more often or follow some rules about frequency.

I guess the problem is what you pointed (bandwidth? CPU? RAM?): your client downloads the new game state, which maybe takes a lot of space (like save files can). I've been the last one this time and it took about 5 seconds with a 300 KB/s connection on a fair laptop (i5 with 8 GB). I imagine slow connections and computer can rise those 5 seconds up to 5 minutes.
